is a type of question where one of word is omitted from a sentence and you are
given different options to choose the right option out of it. These types of
questions test your ability to know how much do you actually understand from
partial information which is provided to you.
Text completion you
can say is more like an advanced version of ‘fill in the blanks’ that you must
have experienced during your school days. In text completion, you are given a passage
with blanks in between and could be 5-10 sentences long. There could be N
number of blanks where we need to fill the right word/phase which best suits
the passage to get a sense out of it.
